Yosemite is a beautiful National park that took me by surprise. We drove in from San Francisco and set up camp in the valley. This park is the type of place that awakes your senses. We hiked to the top of Vernal falls and the view below was quite special. Unfortunately I didn't have my camera on me and my phone decided to die so my photos are limited.
My second day was spent hiking up a cliff face quite literally to have a business call. I couldn't help but laugh after the conversation. My life right now is very bizarre but exciting. I shared a few days with wonderful people in Yosemite around a campfire. Talks about dreams were had and it was one of those moments that wakes you up and makes your realize that you are making the right choices in life. How do I know? I'm happy. I'm genuinely happy and have a pretty good idea how to keep life like it is.
So my tips for Yosemite? Plan your visit, have an idea of where you want to explore (the park is huge), their is a free shuttle bus to get around to different points of the park so use these! If you get a chance drive to Mariposa grove and see the beautiful trees! Don't keep food in your car and especially not in your camp site or you more than likely will have a visit from a bear (we saw one)!
